Regeneron Pharmaceuticals' dedicated drug-product fill-finish manufacturing facility at 350 Tempel Lane on Regeneron's second (East Greenbush) campus in Rensselaer County, New York. This is the two-story, 364,110-square-foot drug-manufacturing building — connected to an existing 211,600-square-foot warehouse — that the 2018 Rensselaer County IDA application separately itemized at approximately $188 million and 300 permanent jobs, distinct from the broader mixed-use Tempel Lane build-out. The building provides in-house aseptic formulation, fill-finish and packaging of Regeneron's biologic medicines (including Dupixent and Libtayo), reducing reliance on third-party contract fill-finish. Chronology: publicly announced in September 2018 with the Rensselaer County IDA application filed later that year; construction and build-out followed; New York State Board of Pharmacy manufacturer license 88-M-8754 for 350 Tempel Lane was issued October 11, 2024 during licensing and start-up preparation; Regeneron's own April 22, 2025 manufacturing release still described the new Rensselaer fill/finish facility as under construction. By 2026 the facility is operational and scaling — running aseptic fill/finish for commercial biologics, with active manufacturing hiring and FDA inspection activity through August 2026. AFT records the site as Operational (operational by 2026) but assigns NO exact production-start date: Regeneron has not published a commercial production-start day, and the October 11, 2024 license issuance is retained only as corroborating regulatory evidence — a license-issuance date does not establish that manufacturing began on that day and is not used as the operational date.
