BlueOval City — Ford's West Tennessee electric F-Series truck campus, including vehicle assembly and an on-site battery plant. Vehicle assembly launch pushed to 2027 following Ford's 2024 EV-strategy reset. In December 2025, Ford and SK On agreed to end the BlueOval SK joint venture; SK On is taking the Tennessee battery plant while Ford retains the Kentucky battery plants (tracked separately in Battery Manufacturing) — expected to close Q1 2026.
