Lilly's LEAP Research and Innovation District campus in Boone County, Indiana — a multi-facility API and advanced-therapies manufacturing site. Initial commitment $3.7B / 700 jobs announced May 2022; expanded May 2024 with an additional $5.3B / 200 jobs to a cumulative $9B / 900-job site-level total. The Advanced Therapies plant opened May 6, 2026; API manufacturing and the Medicine Foundry remain under construction with target openings in 2027.
