Beverage co-packing megasite at the Bellwether District (former oil refinery). DrinkPAK's Philadelphia facility is part of the broader redevelopment of the shuttered PES refinery into a modern logistics and light-manufacturing campus, and represents one of the first major manufacturing investments to break ground on the site. The plant will co-pack canned beverages for national brands and adds real industrial jobs to a section of the city long tied to petroleum refining.
